Our Products

Eliminating gas flaring and ensuring clean oil operations for a sustainable future

FlareMaXLPG® – Gas To LPG

FlareMaXLPG® recovers Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) from burned, associated, and non-associated gas, converting low-value gases into refined products. It offers a modular and relocatable design, with low investment in CAPEX and OPEX. It processes gas with variable densities and handles gas rich in CO2. The recovered products are marketed globally for domestic, commercial applications, and as autogas.

FlareMaXGTG® – Gas To Gypsum

FlareMaXGTG® is a modular unit that converts natural gas, associated gas, and flare gas into gypsum, electricity, and steam through desulfurization technology. It eliminates flaring economically and produces 5.97 tons of gypsum per ton of H2S. Its compact design reduces CAPEX and OPEX costs, and it does not require special storage or grid electricity. Additionally, it reduces maintenance costs by not needing investments in catalysts.

FlareMaXGTL® – Gas To Liquid Fuels

FlareMaXGTL® is a modular unit that converts natural gas, associated gas, and flare gas into synthetic liquid fuels, such as a blend of diesel and gasoline, without the need for hydro-cracking. It eliminates flaring economically, producing 100 barrels of synthetic crude per million cubic feet of gas per day. Its compact and modular design allows for easy relocation, with low CAPEX and OPEX costs, and does not require external electricity or water.

FlareMaxGTM® – Gas To Methanol

FlareMaXGTM® is a small-scale Gas-to-Methanol modular plant that converts natural gas, associated gas, and flare gas into methanol, with a capacity ranging from 250 to 1000 MTPD. The system is autonomous, generating its own energy, steam, air, and nitrogen, and can operate in remote locations without cooling water. The modular and compact design reduces on-site activities and allows for easy transport through modules that meet ASME standards. The process economically eliminates flaring, maximizing the utilization of available resources.

FlareMaXGTP® – Gas To Power Generation

FlareMaXGTP® is a modular Gas-to-Power unit that converts natural gas, associated gas, and flare gas into electricity, using flare gas generators to prevent gas wastage. With a nominal capacity of 1,020 kW, it is available in modular 20′ or 40′ container units, which are easy to relocate. The system operates continuously, is energy-efficient, and can be adjusted to meet specific voltage and frequency requirements. Additionally, it reduces diesel fuel costs, with low CAPEX and OPEX.

Its compact and modular design allows for easy relocation, with low CAPEX and OPEX costs, and does not require external electricity or water.

FlareMaXLNG® – Gas To LNG

FlareMaXLNG® is a modular Gas-to-LNG unit that converts natural gas, associated gas, and flare gas into liquefied natural gas (LNG), making it ideal for areas without a gas network connection. Its modular, compact, and mobile design facilitates easy relocation, and it can produce approximately 100 tons of LNG per 5 MMSCFD of available gas. The system is efficient and reliable, handling different gas compositions and capacities, and enables the transportation of LNG from remote areas, reducing flaring in an economical and environmentally friendly way.

FlareMaXNGL® – Gas To NGL

FlareMaXNGL® is a modular gas processing plant that recovers natural gas liquids (NGLs), such as ethane, propane, butane, pentane, and other hydrocarbons. It converts natural gas, associated gas, and flare gas into high-value-added products with high efficiency, optimizing CAPEX and OPEX costs. Its compact and mobile design allows for easy relocation, and the recovered NGLs are fully compatible with existing oil infrastructure. Additionally, it handles gas with varying densities and high CO2 content.

FlareMaXEOR® – Enhanced Oil Recovery

FlareMaXEOR® is a modular and transportable Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) unit that uses nitrogen injection, powered by natural gas, associated gas, and flare gas, resulting in significant fuel savings. Nitrogen is effectively used for oil recovery through miscible gas displacement, assisting in gas cycling, reservoir pressure maintenance, and gas lifting. Its compact and mobile design in 20′ or 40′ containers makes relocation easy, with low investment and fuel cost savings.

FlareMaXEPF™ – Early Production Facility

FlareMaXEPF™ is a modular Early Production Facility that meets the highest international safety and quality standards, enabling fast and high-value delivery. It can be fully integrated with gas utilization and monetization options, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and rapid cost recovery. The system includes three-phase separators and meters for early production within 30 days, with a basic option delivered in 180 days and a complete option in 270 days. Its compact and modular design allows for remote operations with low CAPEX and OPEX costs, and it can be integrated with other FlareMaX systems for power generation and gas conversion into useful products.

FlareMaXEFW® – Energy From Well

FlareMaXEFW® is a modular and transportable micro gas-to-power system specifically designed to power ESP and Beam pumps in remote locations. It uses natural gas recovered from local flare sites or associated gas from the well, ensuring a reliable supply. With 1 MW generators, it distributes power to equipment such as ESP pumps, compressors, or reinjection pumps. Its modular design, in 20′ or 40′ containers, allows for easy deployment and relocation, eliminating diesel fuel costs and expensive power lines while improving system reliability and availability.
